1. I've heard many recordings of Antonio Vivaldi's Four Seasons. Seiji Ozawa and the Boston Symphony bring to the table more conviction, more emotion, and more vivid imagery than I've heard in any other recording of this work to date. The sound is well captured, notably dynamic and beautifully presented/5(69).

This recording of the Four Seasons was one of my very first classical music CD purchases, well over 20 years ago, and it remains my favorite for this piece even now that I have an additional four or five other performances in my collection. The pacing and quality of play, both by Mullova and by the Chamber Orchestra of Europe, are outstanding/5(12).
